国家税务总局莆田市税务局稽查局联合公安经侦部门，依法查处了仙游县千里飘香农业专业合作社等5户农民专业合作社骗享涉农税收优惠，虚开增值税发票案件。
经查，以陈俊仁为首的犯罪团伙通过虚假注册并实际控制5户合作社，在没有生产经营和真实业务交易情况下，骗享涉农税收优惠，为自己虚开农产品收购发票，为他人虚开农产品销售发票，涉及增值税普通发票3.29万份、发票金额30.58亿元。2024年11月，国家税务总局莆田市税务局稽查局依据《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》等相关法律法规规定，对该团伙开具的增值税发票定性虚开。2025年4月，仙游县人民法院已对该案作出一审判决，陈俊仁等8名犯罪分子因犯虚开用于抵扣税款发票罪、虚开发票罪分别被判处有期徒刑9个月至10年3个月不等，并处罚金共计92.50万元，没收违法所得共计343.32万元。
国家税务总局莆田市税务局稽查局有关负责人表示，骗享涉农税收优惠，为自己虚开农产品收购发票，为他人虚开农产品销售发票，违反税收征管法和发票管理办法，属于严重的违法行为。税务部门在不折不扣落实税费优惠政策、持续优化税费服务的同时，坚决依法查处骗享税费优惠、虚开发票等违法犯罪行为，努力营造法治公平的税收营商环境。
